The Demi Chef de Partie – Chinese Kitchen supports the efficient operation of the Chinese Kitchen by assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Chinese cuisine to the highest standards of quality and consistency. Working closely with the Chef de Partie and senior culinary leaders, this role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence within the assigned section while contributing to exceptional guest dining experiences. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialist Chinese culinary skills, refine traditional cooking techniques, and play a key role in the successful pre-opening journey of Mandarin Oriental Makati, Manila.
