HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR I - United States Fleet Forces Command

Providing training for workers under your leadership, correcting improper heavy mobile equipment mechanic work methods. Ensuring work process and related instructions to the shipyard are being followed. Utilizing broad knowledge in heavy mobile equipment and systems as related to shipyard work. Overhauling, rebuilding, repairing heavy mobile equipment as related to the shipyard, or naval vessels. Taking appropriate actions to prevent or overcome bottlenecks, equipment and power breakdowns. You will establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences. You will effectively communicate work assignments to subordinate work leaders journeymen.
