Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Respond to emergency water losses (including after hours/on-call) Perform initial inspection and moisture assessment of affected areas Extract standing water using professional-grade equipment Remove non-salvageable materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers) Perform daily moisture readings and adjust drying plan as needed Clean and sanitize affected areas to pā¦
