What a day looks like Your shift begins with a pass-down from the previous crew. You scan SCADA dashboards, walk the floor, and take readings across the plant’s lifelines: steam boilers, glycol chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, nitrogen generation, CO2 recovery, reverse osmosis skids, and the wastewater treatment plant with its aquifer injection wells.
