Description Machinist Job Description: Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Load and unload parts, using the overhead crane with magnet or straps when needed. Program the machine using G-Code/MasterCam, as needed based on part specifications. Use necessary measurement tools (verniers, calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure accurate machining.
