As a Facilities & Maintenance Manager at Hitachi Energy, you'll keep our buildings, utilities, and grounds running safely and efficiently so teams can innovate with confidence. You'll lead a skilled crew and trusted partners, build preventative maintenance programs that reduce downtime, and deliver upgrades that make our sites smarter, safer, and greener. From HVAC to electrical and fire systems, you'll apply technical depth and operational rigor to protect people, assets, and uptime. You'll own budgets and vendor relationships, champion compliance, and turn data from our CMMS into decisions that boost performance. When the unexpected happens, you'll guide calm, coordinated responses that get us back online-fast. Collaborating across Production, IT, HR, and more, you'll align facility priorities to business goals and spotlight opportunities for energy conservation and sustainability. If you're a proactive builder of systems and teams-and you love seeing measurable results-this is your chance to make an immediate, visible impact.How You'll make an ImpactLead and coach a high-performing maintenance team.Build preventive programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.Plan and deliver repairs, renovations, and capital projects.Manage budgets and negotiate smart vendor contracts.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes.Run a CMMS to prioritize work and track performance.Inspect facilities and drive timely corrective actions.Strengthen emergency readiness for outages and incidents.Your backgroundBachelor's in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.7-10 years in facilities; 3-5 years leading teams in corporate or manufacturing settings.Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire systems.Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS.Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and capital project oversight.Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft 365Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.Apply now Current employees apply here
