As a Payments Sales Associate within JPMorgan Payments, you will support Payments Sales Managers with sales efforts and day-to-day relationship management for Large Corporate clients within Consumer, Retail & Business Services. You will help identify client needs, coordinate internal stakeholders, and contribute to developing solutions that improve client outcomes. You will support deal execution activities such as pricing support, proposal coordination, and preparation of client materials. You will also assist with onboarding and implementation processes to help deliver a consistent client experience. You will also assist with onboarding and implementation processes to help deliver a consistent client experience.Job responsibilitiesSupport portfolio growth by assisting Payments Sales Managers with sales execution and client engagement activitiesBuild relationships within client treasury organizations to understand needs, anticipate challenges, and connect clients to appropriate internal partnersCoordinate cross-functional and regional deal activity, including solution development support, pricing inputs, and proposal workflow managementSupport request-for-proposal and request-for-information processes by organizing inputs, timelines, and deliverables with product partnersPrepare client research and pitch materials, and own meeting follow-ups by coordinating actions across internal teamsDevelop account plans, briefing memos, and materials to support relationship reviews in partnership with client service teamsCoordinate onboarding documentation and support seamless integration with implementation partners through clear tracking and follow-throughSubmit and monitor onboarding, know-your-customer, and implementation requests, escalating appropriately to meet client needs while managing expectationsAnalyze transactional data to identify trends, risks, and pricing or billing inefficiencies; summarize insights and recommended actionsContribute client insights in partner forums to align solutions with client objectives and broader firm prioritiesSupport product implementations and client service escalations by coordinating stakeholders and driving timely resolutionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsTwo years of experience in cash management, treasury services, payments, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear, concise conclusionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization, planning, and follow-throughDemonstrated ability to build and leverage internal networks to mobilize resources and drive outcomesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to analyze transactional or business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesExperience supporting client onboarding and implementation workflows, including documentation tracking and stakeholder coordinationPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience supporting Large Corporate clients and/or complex, multi-stakeholder relationship coverage modelsFamiliarity with Diversified Industries client needs and treasury operating modelsKnowledge of payments and treasury services products and solutionsExperience supporting pricing analysis and profitability or billing reviewsExposure to internal credit processes and partnership with credit stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to propose process improvements and advance team-wide initiativesBachelor's degree (BA/BS) ABOUT USJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
