Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team and cover areas from Seattle to Issaquah and various locations between both regions.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours vary between 7:00am to 7:00pm, rotating weekendsJob Responsibilities:Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collect payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisMaintain patient and specimen information logsProvide superior customer service to all patientsAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation requiredMinimum Qualifications:Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)Preferred Qualifications:6 or more months of experience as a mobile phlebotomistAdditional Job Standards:In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirementValid Driver's License and good driving recordBe at least 21 years oldAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM * Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metricsPay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
