You will review and analyze production, travel, human capital, and administrative programs.
You will advise on program progress and make recommendations based on established practices concerning the modification of program goals, objectives and milestones.
You will gather and review a variety of narrative or statistical data to prepare reports.
You will maintain knowledge of the production trades, as well as general working knowledge of the trade functions within the shipyard.
You will prepare and present materials, reports, proposals and program requirements.
You will determine when new procedures are needed, study alternatives, and establish practices and procedures to meet new situations.
You will perform analytical studies on programs related to workforce improvement, management controls, and long-range planning.
You will analyze issues and formulate recommendations for improving organizational efficiency or effectiveness.
