Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Over 5 years of senior-level DoD program management-like experience supporting defense acquisition programs or strategic weapon systems. Experienced in creating, managing, and directing the technical baselines of advanced weapon systems. Adept at analyzing complex program data to proactively identify areas of risk, conducting rigorous schedule-risk analyses to mitigate critical path slips, optimize resource allocation, and balance cost, schedule, and performance. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will Serve as the senior-level lead for Sea-Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) Acquisition Program and Planning, developing the Strategic Systems Programs Official Schedule Estimate (SPOSE). You will leverage technical and programmatic resources to deliver a highly researched, accurate, and professional product that guides leadership decisions regarding the Regional Deterrence Nuclear-armed Sea-Launched Cruise Missile. You will Manage and understand the linkages between program development efforts, coordinate analyses when conflicting technical information is provided, and provide the critical information needed to adjudicate budget. You will provide the information that will inform the development of the SLCM-N Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) by identifying the strategic weapon system's technical performance baseline. You will Silicate inputs from technical and non-technical branches to inform delivery quantities, and risk mitigation plans, providing clear rationale and traceability to other program sources of truth. You will Conduct "what-if" analyses to determine operational and cost impacts, contingency plans, and changes to resource requirements that inform leadership priorities and identify possible trade-offs between cost, schedule, and performance.
