Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Regional Manager to join our team in City, STWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, additional days and hours may be requiredWork Schedule: Geography Covered: North Georgia, including Atlanta and the metro areaWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; additional days and hours may be required. Job Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.Achieve business goals and revenue targets.Recruit and train team members, support the general manager as well as conduct performance appraisals.Provide coaching and mentoring to supervisory staff.Manage internal and external stakeholder relations.Ensure company standards and procedures are followedPlan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary.Resolve any client related matters or customer complaints appropriately.Ensure productivity, efficiency and inventory levels are properly maintained. Complete regular and timely financial analyses for all department-related positionsPrepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual statements, analyses, and reports on operations and finances.Report on any performance, compliance or staffing related issues and work with the appropriate departments toward resolution.Perform operational duties such as payroll and monthly schedules.Manage costs effectively by minimizing employee turnover and controlling overtime costs.Prepare specimens when needed.Travel to additional sites as necessaryOverall accountability for facilities management, logistics, supplies and accessioning. Play an integral role in the development and execution of the region's growth strategyDevelop, oversee and provide support to a team of managers across all functional areasDevelop a positive work environment and drive employee engagement to improve performance and reduce employee turnoverContinuously monitor the productivity of the operations team to ensure optimizationMonitor the overtime & agency spend and overall budget on a regular basisWork cross functionally within the division to create efficiencies and improve productionMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required \6 years' or more of experience managing several direct reportsPreferred Qualification:Associate's degreeCurrent or prior Labcorp experience10 years' or more of experience managing several direct reportsAdditional Job StandardsMinimum of 6 years or relevant job experienceStrong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and mentor a teamAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customersAbility to problem solve and provide solutions under minimal supervisionStrong communication skills; both written and verbalHigh level of attention to detail with strong organizational skillsComfortable making decisions in a changing environmentValid driver's license and good driving recordProficient with MS Office programsAbility to travel as requiredExperience with managing costs and the overall budgeAre you seeking an opportunity that makes a difference?
