Full-time Description THIS POSITION IS FOR NIGHT SHIFT Sand blasters are responsible for sand blasting steel to remove scale prior to being galvanized. Material on the surface that cannot be removed in the chemical cleaning process must be removed mechanically by sand blasting. Scale removal is key to proper galvanizing; sand blasters must execute their duties safely, efficiently, and with proper technique to ensure quality galvanized coatings.
