Senior Maintenance Mechanic/Buildings

General Description Leads in and performs skilled work involving the maintenance of City owned buildings; does related work as required. This is skilled work involving responsibility for efficient and workmanlike performance of and leading in a variety of the more difficult and complex buildings, repairing, and maintaining tasks in building maintenance.
