Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.LabCorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team at 2111 Iowa Avenue Riverside, CA 92507.Work Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 12:00 pm- 8:30 pm and Saturdays 6:30 pm- 3:00 amJob Responsibilities:Coverage for various routes in the Riverside CountyLoad all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient mannerSafely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as neededMinimum Qualifications:No experience or education requiredPreferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent6 months or more experience as driver or medical courier6 months or more experiences Customer serviceAdditional Job Standards:Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordBe at least 21 years oldPunctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Flexibility to work overtime as neededExceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt LabCorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.12 per hourPlus 2nd shift differentialsAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
