Summary The Shift Supervisor/Sergeant's primary duty is to assist the Senior Shift Supervisor to ensure that contractual obligations are met. The SS/Sgt is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, and directing & inspecting the performance of all security personnel assigned to the shift.
