Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail Excellence & Training: Ensures all sales activities are conducted to the highest standards and that all staff are sufficiently trained to obtain long-term success and to meet sales targets. Speciality Description - Product/Retail Training: Develops employees’ skills through creating and/or conducting training sessions that may be focused on products or on specific retail/sales skills, as appropriate.
