Job Responsibilities • Communicate and coordinate with Japanese customers regarding product development activities. • Monitor sample development progress and footwear production processes. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product quality meets customer requirements. • Follow up on the delivery of materials, cartons, and sample production. • Support product development and customer service-related activities.
