Documentation Officer - Ocean Freight Position

• To handle import/export ocean freight shipments • Communicate with customers, shipping lines, coloaders, vendors/trucking companies, partners to handle smoothly (such as get cargo details/update shipment status, arrange booking, collection/delivery, send pre-alert documents ...) • Prepare invoices and send to customer. • Check bills and enter in our ERP system. • Work closely with sales team.
