Chef de Partie – Breakfast – Musgrave, Durban

Our client is looking for a motivated Breakfast Chef de Partie to take full responsibility for the breakfast service. You will handle mise en place, cooking, and plating for a variety of hot and cold dishes, ensuring the breakfast experience sets the tone for guests’ day. You’ll be expected to work independently, maintain a clean and organised station, and assist in stock control and ordering.
