Chef de Partie – Production / Curry Chef (x3) – Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Our client is expanding their production team and requires three skilled Curry Chefs (CDP level) for their hot kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing traditional and fusion-style curries in large quantities while ensuring quality, taste, and consistency. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency, and a solid understanding of spice profiles are essential. You’ll also be expected to maintain hygiene, stock control, and preparation schedules.
