Cloud Services Manager – Azure, Microsoft 365 & AWS

Key Responsibilities Oversee Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS cloud environments. Manage MSP performance, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery. Drive cloud governance, security, compliance, and operational excellence. Manage cloud licensing, costs, and optimisation initiatives. Oversee identity and access management, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. Produce operational and executive reporting. Partner with business stakeholders to deliver reliable cloud services.
