Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a confident grill cook to own the grill station in a four- to five-star kitchen. You will deliver precise, fast, and high-quality meat cookery across beef, chicken, and fish while upholding HACCP standards. The role requires a Diploma in Culinary Arts and at least 5 years in a hot-section grill position, in a luxury environment. Live-out and uniform provided, with a 5 days on / 2 days off cycle.
