Industrial Relations Coordinator

Provide advice and guidance on labour relations matters. Interpret and apply South African labour legislation. Manage disciplinary and grievance matters also represent members during disciplinary hearings. Draft disciplinary outcomes, appeals and grievance responses. Conduct investigations into workplace disputes and prepare case files and supporting documentation. Advice members on employment rights and employer obligations.
