Labour Relations Compliance Agent

NBCPSS is seeking a Designated Agent in Bloemfontein to promote, monitor, and enforce compliance with Collective Agreements within the Council’s registered scope. You will interpret clauses, issue compliance orders, and lead enforcement cases through arbitration as needed.
