Mobility Service Advisor: Customer‑Centric Vehicle Care

You will respond to customer queries, assist with enquiries, bookings and vehicle collection, and liaise with the Foreman to ensure quality service. You will aim to meet daily labour sales targets, prepare job cards, authorize parts, and provide clear feedback to customers on services and any follow-ups.
