Role Summary Performs specialized maintenance and repair services in either multiple crafts (such as electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and millwrighting), or in a single craft but with significant, specialized expertise. Has a sound understanding of the maintenance history of the building, equipment, and other facilities to be maintained.Job Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance and Repair Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines.Site MaintenanceCarry out simple site-maintenance tasks.Equipment InstallationCarry out standard installation activities under detailed guidance.
