Juice Production Coordinator

Responsibilities: Manage all activities related to the start-up, operation, and shutdown of the production line. Ensure correct and timely execution of cleaning procedures, including Clean-In-Place (CIP) and sanitation steps. Oversee the flow of materials from preparation to bottling and labelling.
