KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quality Control & Monitoring Monitor production processes and report deviations or abnormalities during shifts. Record temperatures of incoming raw materials, including meat, blood, and feathers. Measure and record pH levels of raw materials received. Collect and test product samples hourly during production.
