Profile 1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - A Stoper fulfills a shift role in a stoping area underground to ensure a safe quality blast per day. Responsible to ensure that rules/regulations and management specifics pertaining to daily tasks are compiled with, and to deal with/report any breaching thereof.
