Application Support Enginner (Hibrido, Porto)

Principais Responsabilidades: Maintain operational test environments, including batch unblocking, queue-message management and SQL-script execution. Coordinate remediation actions with Business Analysts and developers. Participate in technical incident management in production and minimise operational disruption. Support application integration, industrialisation and continuous improvement across study, infrastructure and security teams. Requisitos Mínimos: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. Basic Java back-end knowledge. CI/CD and DevSecOps experience with Jenkins, XLD and XLR. Oracle databases, SQL views and SQL scripts. Agile / Scrum delivery. Incident-management experience and working knowledge of ServiceNow or Jira. English at B2 to C1 level. Regime de trabalho híbrido.
