Your responsibilities: Assist our social media platform's user community. Handle e-commerce-related issues (orders, deliveries, payments, etc.). Ensure users have the best possible experience. Work as part of a team to keep our community satisfied. What we offer: Base salary paid in 14 months: 920€ Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 45€ Meal Allowance (net) : 7.23€ per working day 6-month contract with the client Schedules: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with 2 rotating days off.
