As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing empathetic and effective solutions. You will: Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, chat. Become knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and service standards to support our merchants with all inquiries. Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues, offering effective solutions or escalating more complex problems to the appropriate department. Actively work on optimizing internal processes and continually improving merchant and client satisfaction.
