Senior IBM BAW Developer (Hibrido, Lisboa)

Principais Responsabilidades: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business process workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). Configure and customize IBM BAW components, including Process Designer, Process Portal, and Coach/Coach View, to meet business requirements. Integrate IBM BAW with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP web services. Develop and maintain BAW Coach-based user interfaces and contribute to Angular front-end components when required. Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure workflow quality and reliability. Produce and maintain technical documentation, including process designs, API documentation, and technical specifications. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing activities while collaborating with distributed teams. Requisitos Mínimos: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). Proven experience with IBM Process Designer, including process modelling, BPDs, service flows, and Coaches. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, SOA architecture, and enterprise application integration. Solid programming skills in JavaScript/EcmaScript and experience with SQL/PLSQL. Experience working with Git/Bitbucket and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience with Java/J2EE and Angular is considered a strong advantage. Familiarity with IBM Case Manager (ICM), Operational Decision Manager (ODM), Jenkins, Confluence, and Swagger is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile and international environments. Regime de trabalho híbrido.
