Description We are actively seeking an Assistant Meat Manager for our new store located in Bohemia! At Uncle Giuseppe's our butchers cut meat the old fashioned way. Working directly with the Meat Manager, this new team member will be responsible for cutting all types of meat, trimming/cutting, preparing orders, managing staff, assisting with scheduling and inventory control.
