Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating transportation activity, dispatching personnel and equipment to meet scheduled and unscheduled vehicle and other equipment requirements. You will ensure there are sufficient vehicles available to support all special transportation requirements.
You will communicate with the maintenance section regarding vehicles coming out of the maintenance cycle and being returned to service.
You will ensure the motor vehicle operators (MVOs) are properly licensed for the vehicles being assigned, and have their license and ID in possession.
You will inform the Operations Supervisor/Lead in writing when C-Pool/U-Drive vehicles require cleaning for special occasions.
You will act as liaison between customers and SWRFT MVOs to coordinate support, resolve issues, and provide information to ensure the mission is accomplished.
You will be required to monitor phones and email traffic to ensure effective communication with customers, MVOs, other region dispatchers and other personnel as required.
