You will plan sequences of operations and work steps of employees supervised. You will plan the division of workload among employees based on the capabilities of assigned and available employees. You will assign work either by oral or written instructions. You will resolve working problems and take necessary corrective action to overcome delays such as bottlenecks, equipment breakdown, and material shortages.
