PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for supervising catch operations, and scheduling drivers and loads to meet production schedules. Also responsible for managing truck shop operations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Act as liaison between Wayne Farms and contracted catching crew laborers. Assist with preparation of daily catch and plant receiving schedules.
