Description

The Screen-out Element for this position is: receiving, stocking, issuing, and performing inventory on property, supplies, and equipment, verifying shipments against documentation, utilizing material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and storing materials, including hazardous items, in accordance with safety and supply directives. You will receive and stock property, supplies or equipment by sorting, counting and checking condition.
You will verify stock number or manufacturer part number, quantity, unit of issue and condition against receiving documentation.
You will assist customers when required in selection of required material or property.
You will perform care in storage for all storage areas, rotating, relocating, checking condition, identification, repacking, labeling, and performs housekeeping duties to conserve space and ensure material is in a ready to issue state at all times.
You will store all hazardous material according to its classification per material safety data sheets (MSDS) and checks daily for damages or leaking material.
