Job Description The Newell Group is assisting a high-volume baked goods manufacturer in the Phoenix area as they search for an R&D Baker/Commercial Baker to add to their team. This customer-facing role will take the lead in developing new laminated dough and batter recipes to meet the demand for consumer fresher baked goods in grocery stores and other retail settings.
