Job Description GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: Repair or modify shoes from dealers and consumers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and inspect worn shoes to decide if the shoe can be repaired per the customer request. Perform sole tear-off process to prep the boot for the bottoming process in the Manufacturing Plant. Receive phone orders for modifications & special repairs from dealers.
