Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating a training administration program by reviewing, maintaining or developing training course materials and monitoring and monitoring, reporting, analyzing or evaluating student progress and performance. You will assist training supervisors with developing training material. You will provide support to Supervisors and Training Supervisors and make recommendations or provide guidance on trade specific training or processes. You will provide guidance, assistance, and direction to training personnel, supervisors, and managers in all training matters. You will provide continuous process improvement to promote the efficient and effective delivery of training in order to improve trade skills and support the mission of TRFB. You will ensure all training is accomplished consistently throughout the department. You will maintain manning data for the division for use in reports, tracking and planning purposes for Code 300 production. You will support the entire command by managing the schedule, maintaining and modernizing the available classroom assigned to the Repair Department.
