Support the Executive Chef with the daily management of the kitchen. Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade. Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency. Assist with stock control, ordering, food costing, and inventory management. Maintain HACCP, Health & Safety, and food safety standards. Step into the Executive Chef role when required.
