Works under the supervision of the Facilities Director. Responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, sanitation, and trash collection of Eliada Homes, Inc. Major Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the mowing of lawns and the general upkeep of the grounds. 2. Responsible to keep limbs, trash, etc. picked up on a daily basis. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 3.
